College opportunity grant program
Students who qualify for the Opportunity Grant must meet the following requirements: Must be a Washington State resident. Family income at or below the percent of the federal level for the lifetime of the grant. Must be at a 2. Students with Bachelor's, AA degrees, or a certificate can be considered for Opportunity Grant on a funds available basis.
