Starfox adventures rom hack

So I'm assuming there were not that many v1. I attached a picture of my case. Does anybody else have the same case and cannot get the hack to work? Or does everyone else have v1.

Does the Action Replay accept the code and successfully boot the game? I remember my Action Replay rejected the first codes from that old tread, but it accepted the new ones just fine Awesome sauce! Looks like I'm going to have to get the Player's Choice version after all. The reason they are so rare is because I believe that once a game becomes a million seller, they make it a "Player's Choice". The problem is that they only sold like 1.

Is there a difference between a players choice version and an original version other than the case? What exactly is the difference between the two that makes the code work in one and not the other? So there is a different set of cheat codes for each game the cheats themselves are identical, but the numbers behind them are not. Yet, the two versions require a completely different set of AR codes I don't know anything about how AR codes are made other than that they probably require major hex editing skills, so I'm unsure if it will ever be possible to create a working 1.

I wish they would publish the version numbers on the discs themselves or in the game credits. The only hints we have to version differences are the "Player's Choice" labels. There were two versions of Star Fox 64 as well, one of them the rarer one, I'm not sure if it was 1.

The only way to tell the difference other than testing the limit is to find out if it's a "Player's Choice" edition or not. Awesome work!! X-men 2, but now you can actually "Save" the world. Almost perfect, save for one issue. For the Birds VI. Plummet Challenge Game. Featured Hack Images. Personal Projects. Hack ideas: for those without the skill but with all the ideas. Star Fox. Platform s. Release date s. Input methods. GameCube Controller. VPS of 30 with frame skip of 1. Framerate slowdowns in outdoor environments, cutscenes, or in multi-camera renders e. Actual gameplay runs smoothly for the most part, couple of slowdowns but not worth complaining.

Lastly, the stars in space render as translucent squares, doesn't affect gameplay, just looks funny. Playable, FPS, lots of slowdowns, ocasional crashes, sound glitches, 3x slower cutscenes, few graphical glitches. Completely playable when using OpenGL. Shadows are still buggy, subtitles are ahead of dialogue, and music is still missing a few instruments.

Some save states are not stable; in once case, it is unable to load a certain state directly, but if you use an intermediate state, it loads successfully.

Playable but slow, FPS depending on areas. Cut-scenes are particularly slow, resulting in important sound desynchronization during them. Video and audio are not sync and the first game minutes are slow depending on the area.

However, I really don't recommend to start this game on the Dolphin emulator this game is not playable in my opinion. Very playable. There are still some weird bugs, sound desyncs are improved but not gone, and other various minor stuff, but it ran 60FPS smooth as butter and played very well with New-AX-HLE. Almost perfect.
