This time I got my nails dome by Maria. So she recommended that I add a darker color on top similar to the one I wanted. I was a bit skeptical but the color she chose was perfect! Tina also came in and added more sparkle to what I already had.

Definetly coming back. It is a little bit more pricey but the variety of colors and the attention to detail is super worth it! Always so relaxing and good service! And quick love Tina! I love getting my nails done here. Tina is always so nice and does an amazing job on my nails. Its clean, they make you feel like your a regular there , tina is hands on and very welcoming. Tina is amazing!!! I've had the best experiences from her service. She does an incredible job waxing, she knows all the tricks to help decrease the pain and gets the job done with great efficiency. I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone! This place has some super dope gel colors which is its main selling point in my book. If you're into nail art, Nina is super legit and talented.

I've been here many times only because it's so conveniently close to my work but I don't see myself going back again.

Two times I went, they were supposed to have the "perfect match" gel nail polish and regular polish for toes and the colors were way off. They don't really have their shit together at this spot.

They have all these stupid stipulations about payment and you get charged a dollar for using your debit card. And of course they have a big ass ATM machine inside the shop just waiting to charge you extra fees too. Tina, the owner, is so annoying. The second you walk in she pounces on you trying to sucker you into extras.

You want regular polish, she'll try talking you into gel. You want a manicure, she'll try talking you into a pedicure too. Mark my words, she'll call you "Honey" a million times because that's her lame hustle. I honestly prefer to walk into a peaceful nail shop and take my time choosing my colors. Don't we go to the nail shop to relax? The last thing I want is to feel like I'm on a car lot being harassed the minute Tina smells me walk in Tina's thirst is a big turn off and makes me want to avoid stepping foot in this salon ever again.

To conclude, one star for their gel colors and another star for Nina. The end. One of the best manicures I've had in a while. The one I go to when I'm in SJ just seems to disappoint me every time I go nowadays so I'm glad to have come out of Tina's as a very satisfied customer! Went right when it opened and didn't have to wait. Signed my name on the list and picked my color and I was good to go! They had ribbons on the wall and a dark red theme going on. The staff was friendly.

They provide waxing services and many other things as well. So worth it! I always appreciate it when my manicurists paint the sides of my nails. A lot of manicurists miss it and don't bother to paint over it. So thank you! I like how she shaped my nails as well. I got a raffle ticket after my service, so let's hope I win..
