Windows vista genuine fix

I see messages that Windows might not be genuine. How do I fix this? If my PC is running non-genuine Windows software, can it still receive critical security updates? What are the most common reasons Windows fails validation?

Thank you for your feedback! I contacted Microsoft Customer Support. Using remote control, they found that my computer was unstable and they were unable to fix it. In order to solve the problem, they very kindly sent me, by snail mail, a complimentary new operating system of Vista.

It would require a clea Before performing a clean installation of Windows Vista, I needed to backup all my data gigabytes. A clean installation of Vista will mean erasing all data and starting from scratch. Using Microsoft Customer Support, it was installed by the another very pleasant Indian chap again using remote control of my computer.
